Sustainability Commitments

Modern, efficient development

• Sustainability is central to the proposals. Buildings on the site will target a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating and EPC A-rating, incorporating measures such as solar panels, LED lighting and air source heat pumps.
• Our proposed landscaping design incorporates planted buffers which help screen the development from nearby homes and contribute to delivering a high-quality business park environment.
• Newly planted trees and replacement hedging will be introduced along the principal access and improved public right of way. Landscaping across the site will be maintained by an onsite management company. We expect that the overall scheme will deliver more than the mandatory 10% biodiversity net gain requirement both on and off site.
