The Project: Rula Developments is bringing forward proposals for the Bingham 46 employment development, located on Old Fosse Road, Bingham.
The Developer: Rula is an established, privately owned development company with a strong track record, delivering over 1.4 million sq. ft of manufacturing and distribution developments for well-known companies across a range of sectors, mainly in the North and Midlands.
A Strategic Site: This location is an officially allocated employment site within the Council’s adopted Local Plan.
Planning History: The site has an established history, with outline planning permission previously granted for more than 500,000 sq. ft of employment space.
Current Status: A new ‘hybrid’ planning application has recently been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council to move the development into its next phase.
