Site owners, Rula are an established, privately owned development company with a strong track record delivering over 1.4 million sq ft of manufacturing and distribution developments for well-known companies across a range of sectors.
Sustainability is central to the proposals. Buildings on the site will target BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, incorporating solar panels, LED lighting and air source heat pumps.
Through detailed landscaping design, planting and water courses, the site will provide a minimum of 15% biodiversity net gain with as much on-site as possible. Landscaping buffers will be created to screen the site from nearby homes.
