Site owners, Rula are an established, privately owned development company with a strong track record delivering over 1.4 million sq ft of manufacturing and distribution developments for well-known companies across a range of sectors.
Sustainability is central to the proposals. Buildings on the site will target a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, incorporating solar panels, LED lighting and air source heat pumps.
Through detailed landscaping design and planting, the site will provide a minimum of 15% biodiversity net gain with as much on-site as possible. Landscaping buffers will be created to screen the site from nearby homes.
