The Site
- The Bingham 46 site has outline planning approval for over 500,000 sq ft of employment space. It is also allocated in the Council’s Local Plan for commercial uses. This allocation is also carried through into the publication draft Greater Nottinghamshire Local Plan.
- The site is approximately 39 acres in total and would be accessed from a new junction on the Old Fosse Road (B692), within minutes of the A46/A52.
- A Public Right of Way (PROW)/Bridleway crosses the site. This will be upgraded, retained and diverted as part of the development.
- While the site is reasonably level, some earthworks will be required to create development platforms, landscape buffers and drainage swales and ponds.
